In line with our policy of “daring to be different ” we provide as many simple ways of contact and information provision as possible To this end we now also offer a direct video link (via webcam) to an on duty accountant at a specific time each working day (usually 3pm until 4pm) This facility is open to all with a question to ask (whether a 21c customer or not) If you are a 21c client and do not have a webcam we will be happy
to provide this equipment free of charge (a small installation fee may apply) You can also contact the GCLM with any client issue or problem on a separate video link that should be available during most of the business day (9am-3pm) |
